At Amery Congregational Church we find importance in supporting good mental health, we are a W.I.S.E (Welcoming, Inclusive, Supportive, Engaged) congregation as designated by the greater UCC to show how much we really care that each person in our community and beyond is important and their mental health is too. stamps, or mental health counseling please contact the Polk County Public Health Office.

Health Benefits Specialist


Polk County Family Health Benefits Counseling assists individuals and families in accessing health care financing,
programs, benefits and supplements such as Medical Assistance, WIC, Social Security and Disability, WestCap
programs, among others, through outreach, counseling and advocacy. Services are provided by staff extensively

trained in Medicaid and other benefits.
