At Amery Congregational Church we find importance in supporting good mental health, we are working on the W.I.S.E (Welcoming, Inclusive, Supportive, Engaged) designation from the greater UCC to show how much we really care that each person in our community and beyond is important and their mental health is too. National Alliance on Mental Illness Hotline

stamps, or mental health counseling please contact the Polk County Public Health Office.
Health Benefits Specialist
Polk County Family Health Benefits Counseling assists individuals and families in accessing health care financing,
programs, benefits and supplements such as Medical Assistance, WIC, Social Security and Disability, WestCap
programs, among others, through outreach, counseling and advocacy. Services are provided by staff extensively
trained in Medicaid and other benefits.
